APÉRO Warranty Policy

 

APERO offers a limited Lifetime Warranty for wine openers registered within the first 30 days of purchase. Every APERO Wine Opener is thoroughly inspected and tested for quality. APERO warrants that your wine opener will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and, if used only with other APERO products, will function as intended. The perfect function of your wine opener can only be guaranteed if you exclusively use APERO N₂O chargers with it. No warranty or liability claim will be upheld for faults, damage or consequential damage particularly determined to be the result of non-compliance and/or ignorance of the user instructions and the safety information therein.

APERO’s liability in the event of a product’s failure to meet this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at APERO’s discretion, or if APERO is unable to deliver a replacement product, to refund the purchase price. In no event however, shall APERO be liable for incidental or consequential damages. APERO may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. APERO warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the APERO product was used.

APERO products are all designed and engineered to function together as a system and involve gas under pressure. All APERO products and parts bear the APERO logo. APERO recommends that only APERO parts and products be used with the APERO wine opener, including that only APERO N₂O chargers be used with the APERO wine opener. Failure to follow this recommendation or any failure to follow the instructions for use and care of the products invalidates this warranty and all implied warranties in their entirety as to any consequences of such failure.

WARNING: In addition, failure to follow this recommendation or any of the instructions for use and care constitutes misuse of APERO products and could result in malfunction of the system and possible personal injury and/or property damage. In the event of any personal injury, you should promptly seek appropriate medical attention.

Register within 30 days to activate your warranty.

How to make a claim

If you experience any problems with your APERO wine opener, please make sure your unit was registered for warranty on our website. Then contact Customer Service at info@aperowine.com with as much details of your problem as possible. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, in our sole discretion, issue a return merchandise authorization number and  either repair or replace the device.
