Purchase an APÉRO wine opener directly on aperowine.com and try it at home for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

To return your APÉRO wine opener, please contact Customer Service at info@aperowine.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label and reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned APÉRO wine opener no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA.

Please note: APÉRO N2O cream chargers are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty Policy

APÉRO offers a limited lifetime warranty for wine openers registered within the first 30 days of purchase. Every APÉRO wine opener is thoroughly inspected and tested for quality. APÉRO warrants that your wine opener will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and, if used only with other APÉRO products, will function as intended. The perfect function of your wine opener can only be guaranteed if you exclusively use APÉRO N2O chargers with it. No warranty or liability claim will be upheld for faults, damage or consequential damage particularly determined to be the result of non-compliance and/or ignorance of the user instructions and the safety information therein.

APÉRO’s liability in the event of a product’s failure to meet this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at APÉRO’s discretion, or if APÉRO is unable to deliver a replacement product, to refund the purchase price. In no event however, shall APÉRO be liable for incidental or consequential damages. APÉRO may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. APÉRO warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the APÉRO product was used.

APÉRO products are all designed and engineered to function together as a system and involve gas under pressure. All APÉRO products and parts bear the APÉRO logo. APÉRO recommends that only APÉRO parts and products be used with the APÉRO wine opener, including that only APÉRO N2O chargers be used with the APÉRO wine opener. Failure to follow this recommendation or any failure to follow the instructions for use and care of the products invalidates this warranty and all implied warranties in their entirety as to any consequences of such failure.

WARNING: In addition, failure to follow this recommendation or any of the instructions for use and care constitutes misuse of APÉRO products and could result in malfunction of the system and possible personal injury and/or property damage. In the event of any personal injury, you should promptly seek appropriate medical attention.

Register within 30 days to activate your warranty.

How to make a claim

If you experience any problems with your APÉRO wine opener, please make sure your unit was registered for warranty on our website. Then contact Customer Service at info@aperowine.com with as much details of your problem as possible. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, in our sole discretion, issue a return merchandise authorization number and  either repair or replace the device.
